Comparative evaluation of ballet-type and conventional stent graft configurations for endovascular aneurysm repair: A CFD analysis
血管内動脈瘤修復術(EVAR)のためのCross limb stent graft構成技術は、デバイスのねじれを回避し、カニューレ挿入をスムーズにするために広がった大動脈分岐部に採用されています。
この研究では、腹部大動脈瘤におけるEVAR用の3種類のstent graft( bottom-up nonballet-type, top-down nonballet-type, top-down ballet-type)について調べられています。
結果として、ballet-typeモデルにおける圧力は、low-down nonballet-typeやtop-down nonballet-typeの圧力の大きさよりもそれぞれ5.83%, 0.64%大きくなっています。
一方、Ballet-typeモデルのdisplacement forceは、the bottom-up nonballet-typeやtop-down nonballet-typeよりもそれぞれ40%、9.6%高くなっています。
この特性から、ballet-typeには高い疲労が生じ、長期的には故障につながる可能性があると報告されています。
