Surgical management of systemic right ventricular failure
Severe systemic right ventricular failure with tricuspid regurgitation is associated with poor prognosis.
We chose the surgical strategy for this challenging case using comprehensive four-dimensional imaging. The patient underwent tricuspid valve repair and cardiac resynchronization therapy. They recovered with improved cardiac function as well regulated tricuspid valve regurgitation.
